About Me
I’m Lisa Sarayeldin, a speaker, author, and workshop facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential through self-love, emotional resilience, and meaningful connections.
Through my life coaching business, LFW (Living From Within), I design and lead Inner Mastery workshops that empower organisations to cultivate personal growth, emotional intelligence, and alignment with core values. My mission is to foster thriving workplace cultures where collaboration and well-being drive success.
With a Bachelor of Education and certification as a Master NLP Practitioner, my unique approach focuses on addressing limiting beliefs, improving well-being, and enhancing collaboration to drive success.
In 2022, I published my book, Love More, which explores the transformative power of self-love and forgiveness. It serves as a guide for overcoming fear, building deeper connections, and understanding how emotional healing impacts both personal and professional relationships.

Is the workshop available virtually or only in-person?
The workshop is available both in-person and virtually, but in-person sessions are highly recommended. Being together in the same space allows me to connect with participants on a deeper emotional level, and it creates an environment where everyone feels supported by the group. Virtual sessions can be arranged for flexibility, but the impact is often stronger during face-to-face interactions. I’m also available to travel interstate or internationally to accommodate your location.
